The website and engagement
Montgomery Risk Partners is an independent commercial insurance brokerage brand. Coverage is placed through brokerage partners. Procurement services are performed by Spot and its brokerage partners; Montgomery Risk Partners does not itself transact insurance.
Requests are not coverage
Booking a meeting or receiving a response does not bind or issue coverage, change a policy, promise that a market will provide a proposal, or confirm acceptance by any market. Only final documents from the applicable parties control.
The complete documents control
A website summary does not amend or interpret a policy or contract. Coverage, exclusions, conditions, limits, price, and claim outcomes depend on the complete applicable documents, law, and facts.
Data minimization
Use general email and calendar notes only for ordinary business and contact facts. Do not submit highly sensitive personal, health, payment, bank, password, or insurance-document information through those channels.
Permitted use
Use the site for lawful informational purposes. Do not disrupt it, submit false information, or present general content as an individualized conclusion.
