How contact begins
Montgomery Risk Partners does not collect information through a website form. Visitors may call, email, or follow the booking link to an external team calendar. Information entered on the calendar is handled by the calendar provider under its own privacy terms.
Why contact information is used
Information shared by phone, email, or calendar may be used to arrange follow-up, understand the account, and begin the insurance-procurement process. Do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical information, payment or bank details, passwords, or insurance documents through general email or calendar notes.
Spot and brokerage partners
Coverage is placed through our brokerage partners. Procurement services are performed by Spot and its brokerage partners; Montgomery Risk Partners does not itself transact insurance. Contact information may be shared with those parties and with calendar or communications providers as needed to arrange and support the conversation.
Correction or deletion requests
A correction or deletion request can be sent to hello@montgomeryrisk.com. Do not use that address to report an urgent loss; follow the reporting instructions in the applicable policy or account documents.
